2. Purpose

Euskaltzaindia offers for the user's disposal the contents and services of the Website. The use of the Website credits the condition of user, and implies the acceptance of the existing general conditions at the time of access.

3. Intellectual Property

Euskaltzaindia is the legal titleholder and owner of this website, as well as the various contents embedded therein, including texts, photographs, illustrations, logos, as well as the design and structure of the webpage itself.

4. Creative Commons Licence

In virtue of said ownership, Euskaltzaindia provides the user a Creative Commons licence of the type Attribution - Non-Commercial - Share Alike under the share licence 3.0 Spain on the following works embedded in the web, witch are considered as licensed word:

In virtue of said licence the user may copy, distribute and publicly communicate said works pursuant to the following conditions:

Attribution: The user must explicitly and clearly make mention of the authorship of Euskaltzaindia on the licensed works in any acts of availability undertaken thereof. 5. Exclusions

The Creative Commons licence is offered exclusively and only in relation to the works and contents specifically identified in the preceding paragraph, that is:

The remaining works and contents embedded in this website, whose reproduction, public communication and distribution will require the express written authorisation from EUSKALTZAINDIA pursuant to the relevant agreement are excluded.

6. Commerce Use

The commercial use of the contents embedded in the Website is excluded from the licence. The authorisation for any use of said contents for commercial purposes is subject to the previous signing of the corresponding agreement with Euskaltzaindia.
